Grassroots Postcard Outreach Campaign – Support HB 1106
We invite you to participate in a highly effective advocacy initiative to advance House Bill 1106, critical legislation that would modernize Chiropractic care in Pennsylvania.
  • 15 postcards will be pre-addressed to Chairman Frank Burns, Chair of the House Professional Licensure Committee, respectfully urging him to schedule HB 1106 for committee consideration and action.
  • 5 postcards will be pre-addressed to your local State Representative, highlighting the bill's direct positive impact on constituents and healthcare delivery in your district.
The process is designed for maximum convenience and efficiency:
  • Upon receipt, simply add your return address and sign your name.
  • Encourage everyone in your practice and network who values this reform to contribute a signed postcard, the greater the volume reaching Chairman Burns and legislators, the stronger the demonstrated constituent support and the more likely the bill advances promptly.
Your brief participation can generate meaningful momentum. Take action today: Complete this form and join this powerful grassroots effort. Together, we can make a lasting difference for Pennsylvania's chiropractic community and the patients we serve.

Advocacy for Senate Companion Bill: Removing Administrative Burdens For Chiropractors
We are pleased to announce that a companion bill has been introduced in the Pennsylvania State Senate to match House Bill 1106, "Removing Administrative Burdens for Chiropractors," which remains under consideration in the House of Representatives. The Senate bill is prime-sponsored by Senator Camera Bartolotta.
This is a significant milestone for the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, as our this legislation has not advanced in the General Assembly for the past eight years. We encourage members to review the bill details through official legislative resources and appreciate continued support as we pursue enactment to reduce regulatory burdens and improve access to chiropractic care.

In January, Jessica Treichler, Dr. Dan Schatzberg, and Mike Barba, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, met with Congressman Scott Perry’s office in his district to discuss H.R. 539, Medicare reform, and the growing chiropractic workforce crisis in Pennsylvania.

This conversation focused on supporting Pennsylvania’s 3,775 licensed chiropractors, who collectively sustain an $800 million annual industry. Chiropractors are entrepreneurs, healers, and job creators, and they play a critical role in access to conservative, evidence-based care across the Commonwealth.

Thank you to Legislative Liaison Jessica Treichler, a constituent of Congressman Perry, for her leadership and continued advocacy in defending and advancing our profession.
Save the Date for the PCA's 2026 Lobby Day taking place on June, 9th at the State Capitol in Harrisburg!
IMPORTANT!!!: Continued Outreach to Rep. Frank Burns, Chairman of the House Professional Licensure Committee is Essential
